Q: How is the usual lease term?
A: Lease terms are for either 3 (additional $100.00/month), 6 (additional $50.00/month) , 9, or 12 months lower rates for 18 and 24 month leases.
Q: Do you have a Military Clause?
A: Yes, The Miltary Clause is now a law. PCS, ETS, and Deployments are covered. All that is needed is a copy of your orders and a 30- Day written notice that will begin when your next rental payment is due.
Q: Are there schools nearby?
A: Yes, there are schools nearby. Legacy Estates is in Russell County, just 8 miles from Fort Benning. We are fortunate to be only 1-2 blocks from the local middle school and elementary school. The school bus is available for all students, even the students that are within walking distance and all schools, elementary, intermediate, middle, and high school.
